The truck mounted boom lift is the latest addition to the Sky Access Transport LLC fleet — a Hansin HS4570 PLUS aerial platform built onto a self-drive DAEWOO 5-ton chassis, reaching 45m working height. Unlike a self-propelled boom lift, it is a road-legal vehicle in its own right, so it drives directly to your site rather than needing a low-bed trailer — a real advantage for projects outside Dubai, urgent call-outs, or sites with restricted crane-truck access.
With a 7-stage octagonal boom built from ATOS80 high-tensile steel, X-type hydraulic outriggers, and full 350° turntable rotation, this machine is suited to the region's tallest façade, signage, telecom, and landscaping work — anywhere a conventional self-propelled boom lift can't reach or can't be economically transported.
Technical Overview
The HS4570 PLUS mounts a 7-stage octagonal boom onto a DAEWOO 5-ton truck chassis, giving it 45m of working height — taller than any self-propelled boom lift in our fleet. Because the boom folds down onto the vehicle's own chassis for road transport, mobilisation between sites (even across emirates) does not require a separate low-bed trailer, cutting both cost and lead time.
The platform is rated for 2 persons or 300 kg, controlled via wireless remote from the boarding platform (3190 × 1140mm) or the side console. X-type hydraulic outriggers spread to 7.6m front and rear for a stable working base, and the turntable rotates 350° left and right via a hydraulic motor with mechanical double-reduction gearing.
Safety systems include an AML (Auto Moment Limiter) that restricts operation outside the safe working envelope, over-center and pilot check valves on the boom cylinders, and rollover caution monitoring on the outriggers — all standard on the Hansin HS4570 PLUS.
Safety Standards
AML (Auto Moment Limiter)
The machine cannot operate outside its rated safe working envelope. If the outriggers are not fully and properly deployed on firm ground, the AML system blocks main boom operation entirely.
Pre-delivery inspection
Every truck mounted boom lift hire is preceded by a full pre-delivery inspection — hydraulic system, outrigger cylinders, boom cylinder descent test, and wireless remote function all verified before leaving our Al Qusais yard.
Wireless remote with emergency stop
The boom is operated via wireless remote control with a dedicated emergency stop switch that cuts all function power instantly. A backup wired connection is available if radio interference is encountered.
Outrigger interlock
The main boom cannot be raised until all four X-type outriggers are deployed and the vehicle is level. Our operators additionally verify ground bearing capacity before setup on soft or unpaved surfaces.
